Prompt reply and home visit for an estimate. Complete installation and cleanup the following day. A follow up visit the next day helped with 2 minor adjustments and the system has been trouble free ever since. Nice group of professionals to have in your home for a day. I have already recommended them to several friends. Before and after pictures for anyone interested.

I hired Filan and Conner to replace my old whole house air conditioner. They offered a Rheem 4-ton AC with a coil. I accepted it and they installed it on schedule. After its completion I waited a day and then turned on the system and the system was slower than my old system. SO I went to the basement to check the system. I found a number of places where the system was leaking air even from the new coil itself. The new coil they installed is smaller (I was not aware) but they did not change or put a converter to fit it to the old ductwork. They just added copious amount of silicon to connect the two. It looked like a DIY job and was also causing several leaks. This is a really poor job.

Everyone from Jennifer to Tony, the two Nicks, Sam, and everyone else provided exceptional service and quality. We could not be happier with the new heating and air-conditioning system. We were impressed with their willingness to stay and make sure everything was done right. I’m looking forward to our project.
