installed hardwood in the living and dining area, vinyl in kitchen and bathrooms, carpet in bedrooms. work was great, clean, on time, professional. I had to take delivery of the base boards early for painters to paint. They charged me $65 for the delivery, which was fine. But they piggybacked all the floor material (95% of the shipment weight) at the same time. I don't think they should use customer's money to ship their material. And the unexpected shipment sitting in the garage interfered with the garage paint job.

Andre the manager was incredible. The owner Greg called me as well. The installers were great and clean. Why would anyone go to a big box store and pay more and get lousy service. They were Thousands of dollars cheaper. Love this company

Overall an excellent experience. They contacted me within minutes of submitting on Home Advisor. They then immediately 3- way called one of the sales guys working that day who was able to meet me in the store that afternoon. Edwin was the sales person who helped me pick out a style, color and brand that fit my budget. He came to my house later that evening to take the measurements and about a week and a half later the carpeting was delivered and installed. It could not have gone better or faster! These guys have this process down to a science. Excellent selection, good prices and great customer service. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone.
