Best company that I’ve ever worked for and it’s a pleasure to be the head project manager of the company to ensure the customers are taken care of. Mr Mike Jones was so helpful and efficient in getting my insurance claim approved. He always checked in on the work being done on my siding installation from the beginning until the end. He worked well with my insurance company to get them to see the hail damages. I would definitely recommend Featherfall Restoration (especially Mr Mike Jones) to my family and friends.

I worked with Casey Hale in Fairfax County, VA to get my roof repaired as well as siding replaced. I also had gutters/siding and shutters done. Additionally, I had my Fascia wrapped + windows recapped. I really appreciated the responsiveness, friendliness, and quality of work done.

Mike and Casey both of them are really good in terms of taking care of their customers. Mike takes care of all the small details to make sure job done right. We talked once for couple of hours he noted down all the requirements of the job details that's all. After that Mike took care of everything and including all the small details as well. I am very happy with Featherfall and recommend them for any roofing, siding or windows jobs.

I reached out to Casey with Featherfall after our siding came down. Our insurance company wasn't going to cover any of it (less than our deductible). He helped us to understand what they were quoting and realize how much they left out. He has been fantastic at helping us to understand this process. I highly recommend working with him if you are looking for someone who will have your back when dealing with insurance.

I had hail damage on my roof that the first and second inspectors did not see or at least did not report. I got up and found bare spots myself on my shingles and contacted Featherfall Restoration. Casey did a thorough inspection and educated me on what to look for myself. For example I thought it was normal for shingles to be loose enough to turn up with fingertips. My shingles were not only poorly made but also seals were all broken due to wind damage. Further he conducted a "brittle test" which my poor old shingles failed. It pays to have a true professional inspect versus a insurance-employed storm damage assessor who is only in town for a limited time and is actually motivated to save the insurance company money when he ignored my obvious issues. I had hail damage all over my siding and side of house as well as a few bare spots on the shingles, dented gutters and vent caps. Featherfall worked really well with my insurance company and got real results on a homeowner claim for roof & gutter replacement. He was professional and very thorough and very detailed and really I learned a lot just just talking with him. He did not hard sell me on any upgrades (I asked for those myself). The best part was he continuously kept communicating and stuck with the job even months later whrn I saw a problem he promptly came back and got it fixed (yay for warranties!) I worked with a lot of contractors last year and honestly Casey was the most personable, down-to-earth, and professional guys who didn't leave me high and dry or (low and wet). He is likely not the cheapest, but that is because he is out to do the job right.

I hired him a week ago, he promised the work to be done that week. Talked to him Friday, was coming to do work, its Sunday and norhing has been done and no phone call from him. He already has payment for half the bill and no work.

Rhonda, I apologize for the inconvenience the delay in our work caused. Our company always aims to make every project a 5-star experience. I know there were some setbacks so please contact us if you are not satisfied with the job so that we may come up with a resolution to the issue together. For anyone else reading this review, I would like to take a moment to detail the situation: On Saturday, April 1, 2017, we contracted with Rhonda to remove and replace the chimney flashing on her home, which from my understanding was scheduled to be sold on Wednesday, April 12th, 2017. I did promise her that the repair would be performed the week of April 2nd, 2017. I took a shingle sample with me that day to ensure we had a reasonable match for any shingles that may need to be replaced during the chimney repair. Our shingle suppliers are closed on Sunday, so I spent Monday and Tuesday of the following week looking for as close to a match as possible. The repair was planned to be done immediately after a roof install our crew had already been scheduled to start Wednesday, April 5th, 2017. It rained all day Wednesday which pushed our project calendar back. I spoke with Rhonda that Friday afternoon to let her know our technician would be there Saturday to install the chimney kit. Late Friday evening our technician had a personal emergency come up with their extended family and drove out of town. Saturday I was notified of the occurrence and worked to get our other trained technician to the property however they were unavailable. Unfortunately, we only had two trained installers qualified to do the job, as a chimney flashing installation on a brick chimney requires very specific skills and tools to do properly. The metal for the flashing kit and counter-flashing must be custom bent with a special piece of equipment known as a break and properly grinding the mortar joints out to install the counter-flashing takes training. I tried to call Rhonda Saturday to notify her that we would be installing the kit Monday morning due to the situation. It was at that time I realized that I had saved her work number into my phone and had no way to retrieve the proper information until I was back at the office Monday morning. I contacted Rhonda Monday morning on April 10th to let her know our other technician had just picked up the material from the previous technician's work truck, still out on personal leave, and was on their way to handle the job. I met with Rhonda that evening to do a quality control inspection of the job and discovered that the wrong shingle color had been used on the shingles that needed to be replaced. The technician had picked up the wrong bundle of shingles from the truck, mistakenly believing the unopened bundle was the correct color. I notified Rhonda and her husband that we would address it Tuesday morning. Our technician finished the job Tuesday morning April 11th, 2017, it passed our quality control inspection, and I met with Rhonda.
