I have an annual service contract with FAST of Florida, and I called them yesterday to check on what I thought was a leaking condenser on my roof. Roberto came out the same evening, went up on the roof to check the condenser, and made a video to show me the condition. There was no leak, but he did identify that there were wires on the unit that had deteriorated to the point that copper was showing through the lines in several places. He fixed that and checked the remaining components and identified other areas of issue, that he also repaired. Roberto was so knowledgeable, informative, professional and courteous. He was so helpful and took the time to video what he saw and then explained to me what he was seeing. It was truly a pleasure to meet someone who took pride in his work and wanted to make everything just right for the customer.
I used this company for an installation of a brand-new Split AC/Heating unit because of making my 5-month-old infant comfortable in the room, paid $6500 in mid-december 2020. It stopped working one week after installation, It was fixed one week later. Two weeks after that it stopped working again, Jonathan came and said one of the parts needs replacing and it will take 7-10 days, Ten days pass by and no call, I called then spoke to Jonathans supervisor, Hector. He said the part will take 2-3 wks. Three weeks passed by and I called again and I was told they will send a message to the supervisor and someone will get back to me. No answer for another wk. I finally got a call from the customer service after 4 wks stating that the part is in and they need to schedule an install date. Install date was given after 4 days. Two individuals came to install and they said, it needs to order another part for the unit to be operational. We are at the end of week 5 and there is no update on when the new part will be in or when the unit will be operational. I have been trying to get hold of the General manager (Chrlie), I left 4 messages for him to call me in the past 10 days but no returned call from him either. I have also tried getting in touch with a company but I was told that the company is under corporation and does not have an owner. My next step is to hire an attorney to get my money back or sue them. If you want to go through what I am going through, by all means, use their service. I wish I had read their reviews from different sources and not just from google.
New A/C works great.
They showed that they are completely willing to face and address any issues.
