Farias Construction did insulation work on one of my commercial spaces. They were more knowledgeable about the work than others (which saves money), they were very punctual, worked around the tenant's schedule, and had occasion to show me they were completely honest. The work is extremely satisfactory. I have had occasion to work with a variety of contractors. I've never been more impressed.

Easy to work with prompt bid, prompt on time arrival to job site

Juan and his crew installed drywall in my entire 3600 square foot ranch house. It was a pretty extensive remodel with really challenging areas on the ceilings and around the existing stairs. I was going for a light orange peel finish but the dry wall Instalation was so good that we changed to a smooth finish. It looks great with the old formal modern and contemporary style of my home.

Juan and the guys showed on time and finished earlier than expected. They cleaned up and hauled away all garbage. The insulation turned out great and as an added bonus they even put FSK Paper in our bonus room above the garage at no additional charge. We are very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable insulation company that stands behind their work.

I hired Juan Farias Construction to drywall my garage. It was a tricky installation due to the many ducts and pipes that needed to be worked around. Juan and his coworker Cesar did a fantastic job in a short period of time. They were punctual and efficient and I would definitely recommend them for anyone with a similar project

Juan Farias was great to work with. He showed up on time to look at the project and gave me an estimate the next day. The project was a remodel with 3000 square feet of new sheet rock to be installed and many areas that had to be patched and re-textured. I was in a time crunch so Juan fit me between jobs and started the project two days later. The job was scheduled to take 7 days and was completed on time. His employees were all very friendly and proficient at their jobs. I will hire Farias Construction for future projects.
