Project: We had a leaking roof that turned into a major project on our house built in 1952. I worked with Paul who recommended a complete new roof. He guided me through the process with recommendations that would improve the life and performance of my new roof. We had to replace a third of the roof sub structure. Unfortunately, the shingle quoted was not available but Paul provided a more expensive product at the same cost. The project also included repairing a large section of the ceiling in the living room. Paul and his team did all the work a head of schedule. The house looks better than it has in a long time. Family First were not the lowest quote but I believed that Paul would do what he promised delivering a great product on time in a quality manner. They did just that for us. It was a pleasure working with him.

Very thorough, professional, consistent, Paul was very nice, compassionate, wasn't overbearing. Roof looks really great, done in one day.
