Swan did a very good job of repairing my roof. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to repair it. I had a supply of the original shingles so matching was no problem. I could not put off the repair or it would damage my roof. I was happy working witrh Sean (Falcon) Sean even cleaned out my gutters

Easy to work with. Sean repaired my roof at a reasonable rate. He even knocked the last of the ice off and I didnâ  t ask him to do that. Iâ  m not looking forward to getting a new roof but when the time comes, I will probably call Falcon.

Out of all the referrals I received and estimates that were given to me , Falcon Construction Builders Inc was the most reasonable/thorough. Sean came out and actually went up in the attic to see where the roof leak was coming from. He also showed me pictures of leak location. He also took care of two other minor roof issues at no additional cost.

Punctual, correctly estimated the job. Knowledgeable of the project and completed the job on time. I highly recommend Sean.

Our ceiling started leaking during a storm and Sean was able to come seal our roof within 18 hours of me requesting a quote.

Sean contacted me quickly. He came out the same day. He gave an estimate for repairing shingles. He said if I hired him that day he would give me the lower price. I said Yes! He took pictures of the problems, what he would do and got to work. He did more minor things to fix up the area preparing against leakage. Sean was quick, easy to work with, very efficient, above and beyond.
