I was satisfied with his work and performance but for me and the amount of time and work he was a little expensive

Mr [Consumer Name Removed] we appreciate your honest review. Service fees Inside/outside loop 1604 75$/$125. Labor fee was set at $125 service fee was set for $75. Labor fee of $125 omitted and service fee of $75 applied. End total $75 which is set service fee Inside 1604. Problem corrected no work performed also provided new part free of charge. Waiving labor fee and parts fee. I had to charge you $75. Just FYI labor fees change as scope of projects change.

I had a 3 bedroom house and the plumbing kept backing up. The house had cast iron pipe which needed to be converted to pvc. FJ Rock and tile dug out and replaced all the piping which relived the problems. Plus he replaced a shower floor that was rotting from a previous handyman installing wrong. They are the only people I call for house repairs as they are very trustworthy and product impeccable work.

I had a horribly shaped garage that was rotting and I wanted to convert it into a one-bedroom, one-living room home. FJ Rock and Tile reframed the garage, laid concrete to repair the structure, installed floor tile, and installed plumbing and equipment. Six years later, the garage apartment is completely functional. And I couldn’t be happier with the work done.

I had Fernando redo my bathroom and he took care of the job at a great price for what I got in the end. Since then I’ve had him out to fix various plumbing issues I’ve had with my old house. He’s reasonably priced, communicative, and always shows up which is hard to find these days.
