They were late in starting the project but they did finish in a days time. The project turned into a bigger deal because of more wood rot and damage that needed to be replaced. They were there within the hour from when I called them back On a Saturday late afternoon, got us water tight through the night, then they cane back the following day Sunday and started water-proofing, replacing shingles and boots, as clean up! These folks were able to provide and install custom manufactured fascia wrap to replace panels damaged by recent storms. I had searched other providers to take on this repair without luck. Fix-it Right always stayed in touch, and never left me hanging. (I wish I could say the same for some other experiences with building trades).
