This is a really great company that did a first-rate job in fixing my roof. Ethan is right there to explain every step, to follow through, to communicate as the rain made a few delays in our wet spring here in Spokane. It was done right. There is no leakage now. [ ] Ethan did a great job. He did more than anticipated. He ended up scraping the entire old roof coating off our mobile home. The previous time it was done, it was not done properly so it didn't adhere to the roof. He checked and tightened all fasteners, primered then sealed them and all seams then put two coats of sealant on. We called other companies and never received a call back until we found First Rate Roofing. Ethan came out right away and gave us a great estimate. We highly recommend Ethan and First Rate Roofing.

This company truly cares for the homeowner. He found the problem and was very proficient in taking care of it. He was explaining to me as he was working what was wrong with my roof as he was repairing it. I would recommend them to family and friends. Very friendly professional kind and prompt.
