We hired John Redding and his crew to install new carpet for us in our living room and dining area, as well as luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen and and entryway. John came to our house to measure the rooms and give us an opportunity to look at samples in the natural light they would reside. I liked his no pressure approach. He offered suggestions, but didnâ t give the tired pushy salesman routine. We ordered the vinyl (which we loved) and the carpet (which we didnâ t) it was installed on time and as promised. The fault we found was with the carpet manufacturer, not the installation. John facilitated and attended the meeting with a representative from the carpet company. An agreement was easily reached, new carpet chosen and installed. Once again, on time and as promised. Now we are enjoying the new carpet and we would confidently recommend John, Bryce and Rudy to anyone we knew looking for new flooring for their home. They are a trustworthy company, they return calls promptly, keep to the agreed upon schedule, they right the â wrongsâ promptly and are concerned with customer satisfaction. I will definitely hired them to replace the carpet in our bedrooms when the time comes.
