F2 Construction

I am 100% pleased with the workers and workmanship provided by F2. I hired this company to regrade a crawl space that is 14' x 16' and serves as a garden work area and greenhouse in the winter. The space always stays at 70 degrees and has a 7 foot height clearance. The space was 7 feet high at the doorway but sloped up to 4 feet at its highest. Because of this severe slope, I had a challenge keeping plants arranged in this area during the winter when I had my grow lights on the plants. After F2 excavated the area I now have a level ground space. The crew with little noise and no dust problem took out the ground and spread it over onto a garden path. Then they compacted the soil on the path and spread mulch over it to avoid a mud path if raining. I have wanted this project completed for 15 years and finally found a company to complete the job in just three days. I could not be happier and look forward to arranging my plants for the winter of 2023/24. I believe the cost will valuate my home by double the money spent to create this wonderful space.

F2 does amazing work! So happy and pleased with my new flooring and stairs! This is the second big job I have had them complete and will continue to use them as I remodel the rest of my house. Face and his team were incredible in their dedication to my daughter's remodel in Charlotte. They tackled the job promptly as she had to be out of her apartment by a certain date. Almost everything had to be gutted as the house was built in 1952 and nothing had been done to improve it in years. He started out by cleaning debris from her yard. The owners had used it as a dumping ground. I mean old mattresses, broken fencing, an old shed, they all had to be carted away. In the process his team encountered Copperheads but they pressed on. Most everything was taken down to the studs in her house and the kitchen was opened up to the living space. New kitchen cabinets, and an island was added. The bathroom was completely redone. French doors and a beautiful outside deck was added. She also needed entirely new ductwork and the electric had to be redone in some areas. He worked on a tight budget and finished up the project quickly. If issues needed addressing he got it done to everyone's satisfaction. I can't recommend him more highly. He is a man of his word. As my daughter is fond of saying, "Face gets things done!" Go with F2 Construction. You will not be disappointed.

F2 removed and replaced our old deck and added French doors to our bedroom to access the new deck. The craftsmanship is amazing! The guys that did the work were super polite and courteous. Incredible hard workers. Great price, very professional, very reliable. We will absolutely use them again for our next project.

We just completed our second big renovation project with F2 and are THRILLED with the results. We had them remove walls/support to open up three rooms, fill and patch existing wood floors, refinish the floors to our DREAM finish and a long list of other small but necessary fixes. Construction in your home can be stressful at times but F2 is a great partner and makes every step as smooth as possible. Face, Angie and the team are professional, timely and respectful. They care about getting the work done RIGHT and we always feel like we are in the best hands. We can't wait to call them for our next big (or small) project!!

My master bath is work of art! From the tile feature walls to the luxury shower, it's decadent. My kitchen tile floor and backsplash is just as beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Face and Angie and the entire team at F2 are outstanding. We had several setbacks in our renovation (all our fault!) and they checked in frequently and as soon as they were able to they got back on the job and even worked weekends to get us back on track. The quality of the work is beyond incredible and the caring and concern for every aspect of our job was very evident. I cannot recommend this bunch more.
