I feel like I was"gouged" by this company, for what i am being charged,for the amount of work and time that it took to complete it(15minutes). The contractor claimed that he had to go several places to find matching shingles,which I don't feel or believe was necessary. There are a few spots,that had been replaced by another contractor,that didn't match up,they did so to cover those places where the wind had blown them off. Four to six replaced shingles shouldn't cost $600.00. I'm in the process of notifying BBB of Va.;getting the news media involved; and if I am not able to receive assistance from your company, I won't be using you all again either.

We had this company do our roof. While the workmanship was fine, there were a few issues I would like to point out. We have had a hard time getting them out to finish the work that was identified in the post walk through. I placed several calls and received the promise that it would be fixed, the last call was not returned. It is apparent that once they had their money you were no longer a priority. This is extremely disappointing considering the amt of money we spent on this project. I wish there was a 2.5 stars as I stated the work was sufficient, but follow through and communication are not up to par. At least the roof looks nice.

We used them to build a retaining wall and a two tierd deck. The workmanship was good; however customer service was low. We signed the contract on 4-29-10 and it has yet to be completed at it is now 9-7-10. There was little communication between the contractor and us. They did not return phone calls unless you called muliptle times. There was no communication on why the project was held up. There also appeared to be little communication between the foreman and his workers. There were multiple mistakes made, some of them were fixed and we are still waiting on a few to be fixed. Unless you want an intense hassel i would not recommend them

Very Fast. Replaced roof in 6 hour. Cleaded up & left. Still waiting for completion of Itemize statement of bill as of Wednesday 18 Nov.
