DJ was very professional, estimate was reasonable, finished in 2 days as promised, pergola and bench look beautiful and have gotten compliments from neighbors. I watched the entire build, very solid construction, used screws and brackets for strength. Then power washed patio deck when finished. Great job.

The owner of the company came to see my house, gave me a quote and he noticed some structural decking issues where the roof was dipping prior to installation of the new roof. After going over everything with him and receiving the quote, we were supposed to have all of the dipping on the roof fixed with plywood as it states in the contract. After the roof was installed, I noticed that the dipping was not fixed and that was an additional $1500 charge after requesting that the company comes out to fix the issue I was ignored currently it has been two months and now they are refusing to fix the issue. The owner is also now refusing to honor the warranty so we will be proceeding with legal actions. He has been in touch since posting, I sent him proof of the dipping and he is claiming that he fixed all of that the first time he cam he was very dismissive and somewhat of an a-hole during communications. I am not asking for my money back I just ant it fixed

First off there was no $1,500.00 charge for dips we did not fix the dips in the estimate as stated. When you wanted extra I said to buy the material which was the plywood and shingles and we would fix the dips you wanted to be addressed. Have not heard back from you since it would have cost you a whole $50 in material but I guess free is what you wanted. A typical house flipper wants everything for cheap so you can make your max profit.

While I know home repairs are expensive you get what what you pay for. I received quality workmanship at what I deemed as a fair price. When you account for quality work and quality materials you can't go wrong. Don't forget about the time I saved. These guys were fast and great. All concerns are addressed and professionalism was outstanding. Will I use them again? They are giving me a bid on the next project tomorrow. If you want it done right use this company.
