Paid for lawn mowing and small tree trimming. Came an hour late, I went to pick up my kids for 20 minutes and voila he is done! But only lawn mowing was completed and said he is not having enough material to do trimming and left. So basically I paid for something which I did not get. Wish he could have told me before the start, so I could have cancelled the visit. I am hesitant to use prepaid services now.

I liked the person who did the work very much. Perfectly on time and did the job the same day. Kind of amazing.

He was late and I had to continuously correct his work. He was not worth the money that I spent on him. Another thing is that I had to consistently correct him on the job. He also asked what I wanted to pay as opposed to giving me a proper rate that he could complete the job for.

Did not have proper tools. Always rushed my job. Did not perform agreed upon tasks each time he came. Had to explain what he was supposed to do. Would leave weeds and shrubs undone in between services.

dirt that should have been moved from yard was recreated into a large planter box i didnt ask for. now i have to pay to have it removed. the fence is incomplete & shorter than the existing fence.again i have to pay more for corrections. quoted one price & charged another stating there were taxes. not happy & dont want him to return.

They don't know how to trim a Crepe Myrtle. They butchered my 3 trees. Good job cleaning up though. For yard clean up ,I would recommend, but not for any tree service.

Timing and communication wasn't clear but outcome was great.
