I absolutely recommend Evergreen Superior carpet & upholstery cleaning Steffan set a small window and was very prompt. I hired them for my 16 foot sectional and my 10x12 area rug.They were able to remove a couple bad spots had on my couch and carpet When they were finished I asked them to do my upholstered kitchen chairs and my family room carpet everything came out very nice. I was able to pay with Zelle which made it very convenient I will absolutely use them again

Steffan & helper showed up early. I had not cleaned my carpets in several years, not to mention that I have two cats. They had a tough job/challenge & came through. I'm very satisfied & will use them again.

Chairs were left with too much water, so they did not dry for over 24 hours, and velvet was course or rough, not soft. Also, cushions were laid on towels to dry and dirt and yellow water stains were on towels while drying. Water stain on under seat left from cushion water. They have to be cleaned again. Tried to wipe with towels to help dry and towels came up with brown dirt.

Steffan and his assistant did an excellent job. They contact me immediately and showed up early within the agreed-to time window. They left my wall-to-wall carpet spotless even thought it has sustained heavy wear. I reviewed the job before they left and was completely pleased with its quality, efficiency and quickness.
