I am really disappointed about the work., What the person said the work was going to be and what happened seems like two different jobs. I felt the work was rushed. It felt they wanted to leave the moment they came on. They did not complete the job. I have raised spots on the concrete they poured in, so when I put the carpet over it again, I will have a spot I will feel. there is an edge of one of the trenches they dug that has not concrete. The left my walkway to my front door with a concrete stain. I felt they had no respect for my property. They left things everywhere. They left things outside. I would not recommend them to do my basement again.

They were professional and easy to work with. The crew that showed up at my house were easy to work with and worked hard. They explained the process qnd cleaned up after themselves. It was 100% a positive experience

We needed to have foundation drained,coated,and cleaned up as the is 50 plus years.It means we now have security of knowing the home will last all the years we will want to be in it. They did the job very well in the time they said they would. We are very pleased with Everettâ s help on this project.

1 year later Mold, mildew, odor, soggy corners gone Our basement improved 100%. It is beautiful livable space. They let you know what caused and where leaking and damage is stemming from. Pictures taken during your personal tour of your property foundation inspection inside and out along with air quality testing. They waterproof & don’t offer cleanup afterwards. That’s your responsibility. Looking back I recommend except for laundry machines, refrigerator or deep freezer; to remove basement furniture any carpet before the operation. Best for everyone involved.

On 09/03/2013, Ever Dry Water Proofing worked on my basement. The job in total took (3) days and the work the company performed was exemplary. The workers on site were on time, courteous, very professional, and executed all task related to making my basement water proof. As a new customer of Ever Dry, I would definitely recommend this top-notch company to friends and family. We had a section of our basement that was drawing some moisture/mildew. We called and we were quicly given a time for someone to come out and look at the basement. It was determined on that visit what needed to be done and an appointment was scheduled on the spot! The crew came out and took care of everything. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the job at hand. We have been nothing but satisfied with EverDry and their commitment to their work and their customers.

We have had no problems at all with our basement since we had Everdry in 2008! If I have a sump pump issue they are here to check it out and replace it if needed. I purchase the warranty once a year at a cost of $40 a year! You can't replace sump pump for $40, plus the warranty goes with the house should we decide to sell.
