They were very prompt when the referral was placed. They also were able to get someone out within two days of speaking with me. The plumber came out & was honest that it wasn’t a plumbing issue & directed us on who to contact next. He also took a look, & fixed another issue with one of our bathtubs. Would recommend!

Called on Ethical Plumbing for a leak under our crawlspace. Tristan &Colin arrived and after explaining our situation, they proceeded to get to work. Working in an area that is only 2 ft. high, they determined the cause of the leak. That was the first day...on the second day they replaced all water lines under and in the house as well as installing a new hot water tank outside. Not only was it a very large job, they had to endure the rain for the two days. They found the problem, came up with a solid solution and had us up and running . We would also like to thank Stefanie who was very helpful and understanding of our situation. Thank you Ethical Plumbing for your help and professional team.

Ethical plumbing did a fantastic job on the customer service side and the repair side. Alisha, the rep who contacted me on a Friday evening almost immediately after starting my search was pleasant and efficient. She made it possible for me to get service the next day. Michael showed up as scheduled Saturday morning for what I thought was just going to be an estimate but to my surprise was able to complete the job that day! And this wasnâ t an easy undertaking. It Involved digging, cutting lines, valve replacement for a leak behind the city meter. These guys are the real deal! I thought the price was a bit higher than I thought it may be, but the value received made me comfortable with it. Same day service, done professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Ethical plumbing.
