My husband and I called Mr. Thurston on Christmas Eve morning due to not having any hot water. Mr. Thurston had one job to finish and then he came right over to us. He explained everything that he needed to do and got our hot water back up and running. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding service

Ernest Thurston and Son came out and saved the day by getting us back in action by hooking up our gas stove appliance the next day! They also did a kitchen sink install and now we are ready to host Thanksgiving now that we have a way to cook the Turkey! They were professional, clean and kept in touch about their arrival time.

Outstanding response to failed water heater on Sunday afternoon. While water was now heating, noted a leak in the heater which would result in a future failure. I chose to replace the water heater. Mr. Thurston had the same item in stock. Delivered new and replaced the old heater in less than two hours total.

Mr Thurston was quick to respond to our request for a quote, very thorough in his analysis of the water line break, and was cooperative and prompt with insurance request for information. He had all of the appropriate equipment to replace the broken water line. He cleaned up the area very nicely and left it looking great. He was a very pleasant gentleman. Highly recommend
