Hired for installing an attic ladder and floor above the garage. Was prompt in returning all calls and emails. Timely estimate and standard down payment terms. Team was on time, courteous, did excellent work and competed the job ahead of schedule. Multiple accepted forms of payment are icing on the cake. Would def hire again!

We met with Erie Shores after three years of searching for a builder for a two story addition and getting no call backs or exorbitant prices for build details we didnâ t need. Mike listened to our needs, worked with us to finalize a plan we loved, and supported the process of our bank so we could use a construction loan. He was always responsive to questions or concerns, and the final result was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

They did the work and used excellent subs.They showed up daily on time and were very accessible even after hours. They did find a problem outside their expertise and brought in several subs to asscess potential alternatives and found an excellent reasonable solution that met our needs and enhanced it's value. They are meticulous.

Great to work with and met my time requirements

This was the first time I ever used this kind of service. Jeff and Mike came to my house right away after contacting Home Advisor. Told them what I wanted and they never heard of blue cabinets in a kitchen, but they came back with a stained sample and was what I wanted. After that everything was a go. They did there work and cleaned up after themselves every day, also put up plastic so dust wouldn't get everywhere. When I wanted to change anything from the original plan, they would change it and I would go along with them to the stores to order what ever we needed. The design of the room was unique for my basement and was perfectly suited to both my needs and the space being renovated. The workers were prompt, courteous, and industrious. They cleaned up each day and hauled away all debris. They met all deadlines.

Jeff and his team came in and fixed a mess that was left by another contractor. After having an addition built on my home three years prior, I was left with a shoddy drywall job that created an eyesore. I tried to get the original contractor to repair the work, but I was left with an even bigger mess the second time around. That mess was quickly eliminated once I hired Erie Shores Contracting. The work included extensive drywall patching and painting. Jeff met with his team each morning and afternoon. At the end of each work day, he sent me text messages with pictures detailing the work that was completed and what would be done next. They showed up on time and were courteous while in my home.
