Epic Glass Service

Put my job off over and over and over. Lots of excuses (not the right tools, don't have lumber, doing another big job, etc.). I paid for materials up front but order wasn't complete and no proof offered of what and when things were ordered. No follow up, no communication. After 5 months the 5 hours of work that was done left my windows casings exposed all summer long. They said their hands were tied because of parts not coming in but I still have two doors in the garage that never got installed. After six months I gave up. No offer to make things right, just a statement that there are no refunds (which was not on invoice but in the email that had the invoice attached. Bad experience.

Jamie and Lori are great. The repairs needed on a patio door and window werenâ t easy to find someone willing to try to work with the original window and Jamie explained the pros & cons of doing so. Communication was great throughout. I would highly recommend them for your window repair or glass needs.

They were very friendly and helpful. Gave us the impression that they would be fast, efficient, and highest quality service. They were fast at replacing the glass throughout my Sunroom and cleaned up nicely. However I think they went too fast. The strip along the edge was sticking out in several places on almost every single window out of eleven. Some strips were buckled up at the bottom and didn't reach all the way to the top. The patio door has a gap in the seal at the bottom that can let water seep in instead of at the top where it should be. Wind now whistles in through a gap between the patio doors. He had told us he would fix the weather stripping when he installed the glass.

Very professional. Offered good advice in how to get our slider door replaced under warranty in the most cost effective way when the original builder offered limited advice. Knowledgeable and experienced. I will definitely call on their services again if I needed. Very trustworthy!

Very professional, had a quote within an hour. Placed the order, which was ready much earlier than the quote & they came out the next day to install it. Cleaned up perfectly after the job. I highly recommend!
