The job was to remove all the old rock-wool insulation and 60-years of dust, bird droppings, and dirt from the attic so that new fiber glass insulation could be install. Dan's team of workers did a super job in cleaning the attic of all this stuff. I could find nothing remaining between the joist or in corners of the attic. It was so clean that you could have food served on the floor in the attic. They were on-time, completed the work as scheduled, and the work team was professional, organized, and experienced. High recommend Envirotex.

never showed for the appointment. Called 5 times and they kept saying they were coming. Lousy service etiquette and very unprofessional. Never even apologized for non-response.

I needed an asbestos test for some old residential building materials in a house that I rented after a ceiling collapsed. The folks at Envirotex were helpfull and gave me a quick tutorial about asbestos types, where they were most likely to be found, and their relative potentials to cause harm. This information was great to have. They expidited the test for me so that I could move back in to my home as soon as repairs were completed. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would recommend them for asbestos testing or any of the many other testing services that they provide.

I had an area of my home where water had leaked in through the fireplace and started to mold behind a builtin. I contracted Envirotex to remove a molded builtin(and drywall), determine the exact source of the leak, and then act as a project manager to facilitate the repair work. Following the demolition, Dan was unable to find where in the fireplace moisture was coming from and delayed coming back to the house for months. Dan missed two appointments to revisit and never ended up helping with the repair work. I would not recomend Enirotex.
