Hard worker, great person. He was running late, but kept me informed! Huge plus for me. Had couch and loveseat cleaned as well, look almost brand new! They are about 6 yrs old and have never been cleaned. He has a large fan that he had on the couch/loveseat so they would dry quick, but because of that, it took quite a while for the carpet to dry (couldn't use fan elsewhere). Even though it was a nice day, with windows open and ceiling fans going. Stairs still damp today. However, would use again!!

As much as I would like to recommend this company, I can't. The person who did the work arrived on schedule and was very nice, but he overestimated what he could do to clean our carpets. I knew the job was a big one, with terrible pet stains and odor in many places. I didn't want to use harsh chemicals and was assured Enviro Clean's products would work. But they didn't. The guy worked very hard, using a product designed to eliminate smell and stains in time, then a heavy deodorizer was applied. The stains and smell never came out. Maybe the products work better if the carpets aren't quite so dirty. I just wish the guy had been more realistic.

Excelent job on my rental house, looks like new. All deep stains are gone. I do not have to replace the carpet like I thought I would have to do. Thanks Craig. If I could post ten stars I would!!!!!!
