Craig treated our home as if it was his own. He completed the job as quoted and on-time. GREAT WORK - my grout looks like new. I was impressed that he took 2 sessions to complete the job; letting the grout dry before sealing it.

Craig called me back immediately. He was very professional and was able to do my small job within 2 days. Although the stair carpeting was badly soiled, he cleaned it up beautifully and took great care with the upholstered chair I had him clean. The best part was that he didn't use any toxic chemicals, just natural cleaners that worked great! I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

Craig was meticulous and persistent, he did a great job with the carpets, and I gave him a challenge with tile cleaning that had defeated others. He just kept coming back, at no extra cost, until he got the tile as clean as it ever will be.

I ONLY HAD CRAIG AND HIS HELPER, RON CLEAN THE WALK PARTS OF THE CARPETING. THEY DID MOVE CHAIRS, ETC AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, PUT NOT LARGE ITEMS, WHICH I INITIALLY AGREED TO.
