Craig did a great job of explaining the process, drying time and the products he used. I had secured 2 quotes for tile cleaning & sealing; his was the most reasonable. He also cleaned three area rugs & they came out very clean.

The crew from Enviro Clean was prompt, and service was good. I would recommend them to my friends. The carpet dried faster than any other carpet cleaners. The price was very good. The two man crew were timely and did an excellent job.

My carpet had a stickiness that did not want to come out. Craig came back and re-did the entire area for no charge. He was on time both times and was very good about texting me updates to confirm our appointments. I chose him over his very nice competition because I have hard water, and his equipment softens the water. His equipment also works at a very high temperature, so the carpet dried more quickly that I expected it to. Between the two visits, he had gotten a new machine (which he told me had double the power of the original one). I felt very confident that Craig was going to keep at my problem carpet until it was perfectly clean, and he did!
