Craig responded over the phone to my concerns and came out immediately. As he set up he took the time to explain the process. He was neat, fast and professional. He moved boxes in order to clean the largest area of carpeting. He also cleaned box springs, mattresses and an upholstered chair for an extremely reasonable amount. I would use him again and highly recommend him to friends.

Craig came yesterday and cleaned our carpets...they look like new carpets. Chem dry cleaned them last year and left water stains all over...was thoroughly disgusted with chem dry. we would recommend craig to everyone....he really really was professional and very thorough. the carpets look fantastic...we will definitely be using him in the future. glenn

Craig responded back to my email inquiry with a phone call within 5 minutes on a Thursday evening. We set our appointment for the very next afternoon. Craig called when he was in the area and arrived promptly on time. Got the carpets clean in less than 24 hours!

Craig came over when it was convenient for us to give us a free in-home estimate. Craig guaranteed the carpet will be dry to touch by 5:30pm which was very important for us. On the day of the job he arrived on time (even told us an hour before that he was on his way). The job took around the time he had told us it would take. The carpets came out very clean and most importantly they were dry by 5:30pm. We are happy with the job he did and will certainly use him again and have referred him to our friends.
