Excellent in all aspects. Price was competitive, service was great and all work was completed on time. Would recommend to anyone.

Good product. Clear and reasonable estimate. Pleasant to deal with. Installer corrected anything we noticed, and corrected a couple of issues we did not notice, which required factory replacement. We were very pleased with the service provided by Energy 1st Exteriors, and would recommend them to others.

Tyler the salesperson was wonderful..He didn't try to over sell us, he understood our needs and met them. The windows came in early, the installed worked on a Saturday and half of a Sunday, to help meet our schedule. Later I will use them for some patio doors I need replaced. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone! I also like the fact they are local to Phoenix only and their factory is right here.

The work has not been started. We opted to have the work start in January after the Holidays. The young gentleman who came to our house was very pleasant and informative. Energy 1st Exteriors were not the lowest bid but we had more confidence in his presentation. The price was fair and the payment plan was acceptable. I can tell you more after the job is completed. The five star rating was the confidence builder to engage their business.

NOTE: JOB NOT YET FINISHED. Our windows have been measured; they are being made and should be installed about the first week of December. The young man who came to our house was pleasant, personable, and seemed to know his product. He analyzed our needs and was the only one to suggest a more attractive (and WAY less expensive) option to achieve our result. We will contact this company again when we are ready for the next phase. Actually did the 1/2 day project a week late with paint of their choice that turned out to be the wrong color. We are trying to get them to come back and re-do with the right color.

Gary was a perfect match for me! He was very flexible and worked around my busy schedule. The painters he sent were very nice and professional and did an excellent job! The condo I purchased is an older condo and with the great paint job it looks brand new. Gary and his crew were really nice, dependable, and punctual which makes the process of remodeling or painting a lot easier. I am very grateful that I found Gary to handle my job!

They seemed to be a bit confused at first. I had several people come & measure etc. The end result was fine. However; it was not the person that came out & said he would install. It was another man & his son, but they did excellent work. Cleaned up nicely and the doors look great. According to other people I spoke to, they believe the price of the doors and installation was excessive, but I had no other quotes to compare to.
