This was a complete redo of a Condominium social events room which suffered major water damage and had not been significantly updated for over 40 years. Wayne was patient with the need to work through association oversite, multiple code updates, and input from the project team. He listens well, puts in his time and effort to make things meet budget demands and has a delightful sharing spirit. We hired enVision Designed Living to design a backyard patio and it was the best thing we ever did! From the beginning, Wayne worked with us on every detail until we had the perfect design. A few years earlier, he also designed the look and feel of our new home's interior and we love showing it to our friends and family.

EnVision created an outdoor living space for us - patio/pergola - and its absolutely beautiful. We never could have come up with a design like this on our own. We have a hot tub area, grilling area, living area with gas fire table and a dining area. We call it Nirvana! We highly recommend EnVision!
