Highly recommend Empire flooring! They were super fast, like lightning speed fast with delivery and installation of my flooring. Salesman Jason was awesome to work with. Both times i called for consult appts he was professional, accommodating and right on time. First order was for rug installation for two rooms. Second order was for laminate flooring and an additional rug installation for another room. Overall, i can't rave enough about Empire flooring due to their speed and attentive customer service and product quality. Will use again and highly recommend them.

Super quick turn around! Signed the dotted line and had our entire first floor tile ripped up and replaced with vinyl flooring in 3 days. Beautiful work!

Took four weeks to complete after failure to bring materials first trip. Four calls with workmen showing up without materials, not briefed on the job. Will not use them again.

the installer left my property clean after work was done. Installed vinyl flooring in 3 of my bathrooms. Looking good.

The carpet appears to be high quality and looks good. The sales rep got the measurements and amount of rooms incorrect. The installers showed up without the correct amount of carpet because of this mistake. They had to come back a different day to complete the install. The did a good job but I expected a lot more after watching the video we were shown. I think you should at least shop vac the entire subfloor before you lay a new carpet and pad. The post cleanup left much to be desired. A layer of dust on everything and, again, nothing like the video.

The company was flexible in timing and scheduling. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. The quality of the flooring was amazing.... holding up really well under much traffic.
