    installation was ok but the sales guy said the carpet was just like burbur , ith carpet was clearly of poor qualty and reduced the sale price of my house.

    Project: Install carpeting in bedrooms and LVP in Family room and study. Carpet install was good and not a reflection of this rating. LVP install was not good. First crew removed the carpet, cleaned up the floor but did no other prep work to ensure floor was level. After the install the LVP popped and in most places sounded hollow as in not laying flat. After talking to customer service they sent out another crew. This crew had to remove the entire flooring in both rooms and prep the floor to make it level. Started at 3:30 and did not leave until 9:30 pm which was not very convenient. This install was much improved but still when walking on the floor without shoes there are still areas that sound as if the LVP is not completely flat and pop when walked on. Still waiting on a call back from customer service to see what they plan on doing.

    Salesman Eloy really sold us on the floors. So at $5200 for living area and hallway, we were really expecting great installation service to go along with sales service. Wife, and I moved all furniture out of room ourselves, so you think install crew would have been a bit happier. The install crew did an average job and really dirtied the house up in the process. When all said and done, there was glue residue all over the wood vinyl flooring, and the left it like that. Floors were not cleaned well. I made mention to the crew leader, and he said I can get a cleaning lady. So that in my opinion is poor to no customer service, and clean up was horrible with residue all over flooring. I am glad it is done with, and would not hire this company again. If that is the best sub contractors they can hire with unprofessional attitudes, then stay away from this company. Eager to see how the lifetime warranty works out.

    The installer did an excellent job but the salesman did promise to provide additional material for further work needed, It did not! Did try to call him several times but he did not call me back. His Name is John B. Did call Empire and told about the issue...nothing did happens at least yet

    Salesperson was great. Installers had no regard for my home or property. They broke furniture while moving it, damaged doors, and scuffed/scrapped pain of my walls in multiple locations. Customer service said they would reimburse me for the broken furniture but have not heard from them since.
