Paid for a initial deep clean with laundry add on for the downstairs floor. They came an hour late, they were taking smoke breaks within the time they were supposed to be cleaning. The cleaners were her grandparents, they are old and the man was having trouble breathing. I had to provide my own product and the cleaning quality was bad. The chairs still have dust, blinds and baseboards where not cleaned. This was not even basic cleaning. It was not worth what I paid for. The masters bedroom bathroom was not cleaned up.

I am sorry that they were late we did communicate with you they would be late that morning, I do not condone smoke breaks however the gentlemen you are referring to do not work for me. He actually went to help due to the number of clothes you had since it was such a dramatic amount. Also yes they are my grandparents and you seemed satisfied afterward given you asked for my grandmother direct number so you could call her directly rather than going through the owner. You also only wanted them to be there for strictly 3hrs when sorry but honestly, your home could not be done properly in 3hrs given your clothes ALONE took over 1.5 hours, and e.

They pay very close attention to detail, communicate very well to make sure they meet our needs properly and to top it off they are just sweet all the way around. I worked directly with the owner and later some of her employees and the customer service is just great from each of them.
