Write a ReviewThey were really quite good, they worked together really well. Reasonable price.
Great Job
I was especially impressed by how well they cleaned up afterwards, removing lots of dead branches that had already fallen before they cut it down. They were polite and responsive to an additional request I had of them. Overall, I would highly recommend.
I am very satisfied with the service. Mike and his team arrived on time and did a great job. Also, Robb is a nice person and offered a reasonable price.
On time, worked fast, extremely good clean up after job done
Our experience with Emery Tree Service of PA has been a bit frustrating to say the least. Let me start by saying that we have given them ample opportunity to come and fix all the damage caused by the simple removal of one buckeye tree and they have steadfastly refused. My contact at Emery Tree Service of PA indicated that he had added a bit of time and cost to the project so that his crew would have extra time to be mindful of a bed of freshly planted grass that we were concerned about. This level of care, though at a cost, impressed us enough that we hired them, believing that extra care would be taken. This was 100% incorrect. The new grass bed was destroyed and left with deep muddy trenches from their equipment. I wish that was the only damage but sadly, in accessing the property they had ran their trucks into our hillsides, causing deep gouges. They parked the chipper in an area of the adjacent yard and from the weight of the equipment, it began to sink leaving more deep gouges. The crew noticed this but kept on working. If this was â taking extra care I would not want to see what NOT taking the extra time would have looked like. I reached out to them, and explained our concerns and shared some photos of all the damage and to my surprise, he was at least receptive to send someone out the next day to lay seed and straw and even offered a credit of $300.00. They came out and dropped some seed and straw and were gone. Nothing was flattened back out or filled in. So, I guess we were supposed to be ok with grass growing back but in the deep trenches and gouges they had caused? We had turned over a check in good faith so I reached out to my contact at Emery Tree Service of PA and explained that we had already paid with a check and how did he want to handle the $300.00 credit. He explained in an email that he did not have the authority to issue a credit and what he actually meant was a $300.00 credit towards additional work. let me ask you, why in the world would we contract more services from Emery Tree Service of PA after what they had done to our property? In what world is that actual compensation for all the damage they have caused? I asked for someone at the main office I could speak with. This additional contact apologized for all the damage caused by the crew. She asked if we would be okay with the $300.00 refund the other person had originally offered and said she would get back in touch with me. The next day she emailed me asking if we were still okay with the $300.00 refund and that she could send a check. I replied and asked if they would be willing to turn a claim into their insurance. I also indicated, merely because we wanted the whole ordeal to be behind us, that if they were willing to refund us $600.00 to go towards the damage, we would consider the situation resolved. No, it would not cover the entire amount we would end up having to pay for repairs but at the very least, it was compensation and would certainly help. The next day, I sent an additional email, again suggesting that I would be receptive to them sending out someone to make the necessary repairs or filing an insurance claim and she responded that the matter had been addressed and considered closed. We were not looking for any sort of huge payout or making any outrageous claims. We simply wanted the damage they had created corrected. I have purposely not bad-mouthed them outright and have only stated the facts and our experience. I will not tell you not to use their service but will caution you to not immediately turn over payment to a vendor till you have had a chance to thoroughly inspect their work and are satisfied. It would have been a completely different situation and review if we had simply waited and presented our concerns first. That was our mistake. And sadly, I think they knew that and that is where they took advantage. Will not hire again.
We had a dead tree that needed to be taken down before it came down. The crew not only took it down but did a great clean up job all within an hour’s time. And you can’t beat their cost, a very reasonable estimate for the work.
Fantastic service. Returned my call very quickly. After in person meeting about the project sent me the estimate that day! Highly recommend.
The best tree service ever, clean , respectful and friendly!! Mike is awesome! They did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend.
They arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up so well one could hardly know they were here, all in only a few hours. Their equipment left small track in my yard, but I believe they will go away in time. Very happy with the job, and they were the best priced quote as well.
