Ean helped me plan and installed a walk-in shower in my bathroom to replace a fiberglass molded tub/shower. To make the shower bigger, he knocked out one wall that had shelving removed on the backside, rebuilt the new wall, and installed more plumbing to accommodate the extra space. The second wall was reduced to a half-wall and a door was removed. He dealt with new drywall, reinforcing beams over an open door space while creating the half-wall, installation of new shower and bathroom fixtures, and even did some painting. Shower tile and shower pan was subcontracted out to some very experienced and capable tile persons who were chosen by Ean. Ean is a very personable and easy to talk to. He listens. I asked his opinion about my ideas and he gave me his honest thoughts. He was very agreeable to work with when I would change my mind about something in the plans. He was very aware of leaving a clean workspace each day. Quality of work was excellent. I LOVE my new walk-in shower!!!

Ean is awesome. He responded to me almost immediately. He scheduled my repair in two days. He is very personable. He did a very good job. The price was reasonable. I am going to hire him for more work on my house. It is nice to see that some people have the work ethic I grew up with 40 years ago. A breath of fresh air.

I had a burst pipe and every single plumber I called would/could not help, even the ones advertising â emergency repairs 24/7.â . They were just rude. Ian came that same day, arrived right on time, was courteous and careful. He repaired the leak, double checked to see all hoses connected and not leaking, crawled under the house to restore water. I couldnâ t be happier. Highly recommend.

Ean Emery worked us into his busy schedule and replaced a kitchen faucet that was purchased and installed earlier this year by another service. We had bought that previous faucet from Amazon but it just wasn't the quality we had expected. And the installation was wanting, too --- it leaked into the cabinet beneath the sink. Very frustrating. But EMERY BUILDERS came through for us, answered all our questions, and was really wonderful. We recommend them with no reservations. And, yes, we will hire them again!
