I needed my dormer roof repaired and around where my round wood stove chimney penetrated the main roof. Emerald City (EC) co-owner Chris, who was very polite and didnt push for additional work (as Id encountered with a rep from a different company), inspected my trouble areas and provided a reasonable estimate. EC?s team worked quickly and thoroughly, checking in with me when they found anything unexpected there were minor unanticipated problems, and the change order costs were reasonable. The communication from EC was very good. EC provided photos of the pre-, mid-, and final-conditions. Their documentation was extensive and helpful. We have had several very hard rains since the repairs were completed which proved that my problem areas had been completely and successfully addressed. I would personally recommend Emerald City NW Construction for its quality of workmanship, reasonable pricing, and good communication.
