My washer had broken and leaked water everywhere. I was away and didnâ t notice it till I returned almost two weeks later. They came and tested for mold and then cleaned everything as if nothing had happened! These guys are amazing, fast and reliable!

The personnel at Elite are extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was my first ever claim and they walked me step by step through the process and worked with my adjuster during the process. The crew themselves were timely and professional while handling the work in my home. I would absolutely recommend their services for the cleanup and construction. They put my home back together and it looked like nothing ever happened.

I would highly, highly recommend Elite Restoration (especially Lawrence!) to anyone in need. We had flooding in our basement on a Sunday due to a broken water heater. There was both water and oil damage in our basement and a terrible smell in our house. Elite was the only company that answered our call on a Sunday and arrived at our house very quickly. Lawrence was very diligent, clean and helpful in explaining the steps he would take to ensure our house was safe. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the insurance process, which was extremely helpful. Lawrence responded to all calls and texts quickly throughout the course of the project (as well as before and after the project). The whole clean up team did an amazing job cleaning our basement and salvageable belongings within 24 hours. Thank you to Lawrence and the Elite team for helping us through this scary situation and making us feel at peace and safe in our home.

Elite Restoration and Eddie + team in particular were extremely professional, responsive, and timely. I had what appeared to be a flood in my basement. They were not only able to identify the issue - they helped coordinate and communicate the necessary moving parts around the plumber and insurance. All these companies get paid well via insurance but not all of them care about customer service. This company genuinely wanted to help and not only resolve the problem but also make sure to help us understand and coordinate next steps. Thanks Elite - you’re living up to your name.

Elite is great to work with. They respond quickly and were a great group of people to work with. Eddie, the PM, was always professional and quick to respond and helped in anyway he could. I hope to never go through this situation again however if I do, I know who I would be contacting. I highly recommend Elite for restoration and pack up/out.
