The project was done to an OUTSTANDING level. The workers showed up on time, asked the right questions for clarification of what I wanted, and performed beautifully. The project came out much better than I thought it would. The tilework almost looks on the level of surreal!!! Jason Jones in my eyes has proven himself to be the SUPERMAN of tile installation. He and his crew of the utmost professionals were easy to work with, attentive to the needs of the project, understanding of anything else I might need, and willing to suggest better options when they thought particular ideas would work better for the project....and it DID!!! Started the job just doing the floors in the whole house, paid what was asked. Paid additional for baseboards to be installed and painted(never got painted). Agreed to redo both bathrooms completely, almost 3 months later, still not complete, and makes me feel like I am a nuisance for wanting to get the job finished. I ended up doing the shower doors myself because he can not fit me in between his other jobs. By the way, paid him in full as an incentive to have the job done before our 4th of July party, told me we would have a week to spare to put everything back in our house. It is now August 25, 2022, and my house is still not finished. I would not recommend this business. You may get 1 guy to show up for about 3 hours once a week that takes smoke breaks every 30 minutes for about 15 minutes. Hopefully, he does not pay his guys by the hour, because they are milking the clock. Was also told by the owner that he was â Not my. when I asked to see him in person because I kept getting put off. Never got an invoice or a breakdown of why I was charged $17,200 in labor for 2- 8x8 bathrooms that I bought all the equipment for.

Our goals at Elite Pro Flooring and Bathroom Remodeling are a job completed correctly and a satisfied customer. As discussed at the start of your project, the July 4 completion date was unrealistic. Your spouse stated that a job completed correctly was important to you. As you changed the project with additional details, the deadline became impossible. Some materials and details were provided to you at no cost to expedite completion of the project. We also discussed that our company does not install glass shower doors/enclosures. I provided your name to a company we often work with. If this company did not contact you, you could have informed me. We could have looked at alternate options and followed up with the original company. Additionally, employee concerns should be addressed with me in a timely manner and this platform is not the avenue to place a newly voiced employee concern, especially after project completion. I check on employee progress and behavior quite frequently throughout a project through phone, text, photos, and customer feedback. You did not voice these concerns during the project. I kept you updated on phases of the project. You had ample opportunity to voice timeline and employee concerns during these times. Hired Jason to do some flooring with wood-look tile. It was my first time doing a flooring project, and he was able to give me great advice on the type of mortar and grout to buy. He laid the tile straight as an arrow with super thin grout lines. The pricing was fair, and I will definitely be using his company for my future flooring needs.
