Excellent work --- very precise doing tricky tile work. Fees seemed average, but Miroslav seemed to need the work and we were happy to give it to him. We are very happy we gave him the work. Would certainly use again.

I have very mixed feelings about this tile company. I will start with the good. I reached out for a quote for my bathroom and shower tile project and they came by the same day and were professional and quick. I had many quotes before they came by but build elites pricing, time availability, photos shown of recent work and 3 year warranty on anything tile work related that they did for me persuaded me go with them for the job. The man who did our job showed up when he said he would and got to work. Our quote included all materials and labor needed to complete our job minus the tile we were using. This was all gone over during the quote and was very clear. They collected a $600 ?deposit? the day they came by and gave the quote. They said this was for buying materials needed to get started the following week. First couple days went smooth and tile got installed quickly. First problem came when the installer DID NOT have all materials he needed and decided I needed to go buy them now. I had to spend an additional $300 on tile edge trim(schluter) and grout and run around town for 5 hours trying to find the pieces he wanted me to get. First of all, our quote and invoice clearly state all materials and labor included except tile. I would think this included the schluter and grout. Installer also upcharged an additional $100 to scrape some laminate remnants off the floor. This was part of the scope of work already gone over during the quote process. Like I said already, ALL work and things that needed to be done were gone over during the quote and included and I felt pressured into just saying yes whatever do it so we could get our project done now that we have started and I did not want to cause any issues before he finished our job in fear that he would retaliate in doing a poor tile job. Anyways, those were a few annoying things that happened during this job. They also left a grout sample pallet with us to pick what we wanted and told us to let them know asap what we wanted so they could pick it up and have it ready when they started. Well we did that and they never got the grout color we wanted. Just got regular white and put it in lol kinda weird why they would make that such a big deal then not even get it or the right color we wanted at that. Real problems happened when we discovered the final grout job he did, the following day after he finished and we could actually inspect it. I sent over 10 pictures of areas that had major problems and I could have sent more. He came by promptly that same day and fixed some of the issues we had and left other spots pretty much saying there was nothing he could do about it. Later that day I went to install the shower trim and the holes he cut in the tile were way off center and small and I could not get shower arm or hand sprayer connected to the drop ears in the wall. I contacted build elite again and went over this and was literally told this was not there problem and I had to deal with it myself!! So much for a 3 year warranty on the tile work they did for me. And also so much for customer service after they got paid. That went straight out the window. So I had to buy another tool and enlarge the holes myself which was very sketchy. Anyways if you read this far you are probably seriously considering build elite llc doing your tile job. If I knew then what I know now about their work quality and company practices, I probably would have went elsewhere based on my overall experience. And their quote was not even the lowest one I got. They are good sales people and make promises they cannot keep. I really wanted to leave a good review for these people but after my experience with finished work quality and customer service and satisfaction aspects, I just cannot leave a positive review for them. I hope this information can be helpful to someone else looking for tile work!!

I want to express my thanks for a job well done by Mr. Myroslav. He did an absolute fantastic job tiling two bathroom showers. He did high-quality workmanship in the installation of the tile. He was very professional, responsive, and paid attention to detail. The showers are absolutely beautiful. The work area was left very clean when the job was completed. I would hire him again and would highly recommend him to others. I give Mr. Myroslav a 10.

My contractor was very nice, informative, through, constructive and professional. However, it took longer then expected, he seemed to have a lot going on. He asked to adjust time lines, and he kept his word with following through. I am a very critical woman, I have nothing derogatory to comment about my contractor.

They were extremely professional and timely. Would certainly hire them again for any of my construction or tile needs.
