Our high expectations have been met! We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel. It turned out beautiful. The professionalism demonstrated throughout the completed project was commendable. We felt important from start to finish as we interacted with Rochelle (scheduler/ receptionist). Travis our project manager helped us with concerns and suggested several options to enhance the remodel. He also was very precise as he measured out our project. Ryan and Brandon (installers) were superb! Their workmanship and attention to detail was top notch. If you are considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel, we recommend Elevated Kitchen & Bath. Maybe they're great, maybe they're not. I wouldn't know because Rick won't return my calls, texts or emails. I spent an hour with him at my home discussing the job we wanted done, but there has been zero communication since, with every effort made on my part to get a quote. Seriously disappointed in the ghosting. If the job is too small, not interested, whatever...communication would be nice. Moving on. EDIT: After this review I immediately heard from Rick the next morning. I did end up getting a quote from them shortly after. To clarify their response, there was no record on my end of any effort by phone, voicemail, text or email of any communication and I stand by my review that I was blown off as a job they weren’t interested in. Rick specifically suggested at the in-home meeting that I NOT use a handyman for this job for various reasons- insurance, quality, etc. I understand that my review impacts their very high rating and their work may truly be exceptional, which is why I called them in the first place. I was in state for 3 days to get quotes for the job but only called them based on their reviews. A complete waste of time both the day of the meeting and waiting weeks before writing this review and finally getting a response because of it. I stand by my rating based on my experience with communication with them.

My parents hired Five Star Bath Solutions out of Riverdale to remodel an old tub to make it a walk in shower that is easier for my mom to get into. Right from the start they were very helpful and kind. Tb was a great project manager and made sure my parents had time to make any changes to the colors and styles of the shower. Jerry and Carlson worked so hard and did an amazing job! What a great group of people, we are so happy!

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

All the gentlemen who worked with me were polite and knowledgeable. My questions and feedback were not ignored. My install took the projected 3 days. My only complaints are that there was a bit of mess from the silicone that I had to clean up and the shower rod was not what I was expecting based on the language of the contract (it's just a tension rod). I needed to use adhesive to keep the rod where I wanted it after hanging the shower curtain.

The work they did was good. They just are not reliable. They would tell me what time they would be there and it would be hours after that, that they would actually show up. The project took much longer than expected. They did make sure that things were all taken care of but the time aspect was frustrating.
