The least stressful, most efficient, cost-effective move ever and I have moved 6 times in the last 12 years. The best customer service and the first time nothing was broken during a move. Element has some of the best customer service Iâ ve seen, before during and after the moving was complete.y items are currently in storage, and I havenâ t had them re-deliver to my new address, but Iâ m totally satisfied as of today.

Communication was great. They called when they were 30 minutes away and again, at my request, when they were 5 minutes away. They handled all the glass and fragile items with excellent care.

There were three movers, and they came to work. I noticed them previously during a move; was impressed then and now. Once they arrived, while I was discussing moving details w the lead mover, the other two were moving my belongings onto the truck. I've moved many times, and will move again until getting back to home ownership. Element will be my first call when I move from current location.

The moving crew was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner. They wrapped up everything with care.
