Bob Kelly and his staff designed and installed accent lighting for the front and back of our house. He suggested uplighting on the trees and four columns in front, in addition to lighting on the ends of the house. In the back, he did spread lights that illuminated our bamboo. In all, it has created a beautiful and inviting effect.

We needed landscape lighting for the front of our home and also the back. We back up to woods and wanted to bring out the natural beauty of the woods at night. Bob Kelly and his staff designed and installed a system of lights that are stunning. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work or the value for our money. I’m a veteran as is Bob. If you are looking for an honorable company with reasonable prices run by an individual whom has worn the cloth of the nation, stop looking and call Elegant Custom Images.

We knew that lighting up the house / yard was a big investment in terms of money and time, so we wanted to do this only ONCE with THE RIGHT COMPANY. We called three companies based on reviews here, and only two actually showed up. Bob Kelly's Elegant Custom Images was very professional from the first moment. Bob himself came out and looked at our property and listened to what we had in mind and then offered a few options. He sent us a proposal with a drawing/plan and a price. After hearing from the second person and his plan, we decided to go with Bob's company. Price-wise, both were competitive, but in the end, we just had a better gut reaction to Bob and what he said he would do. We agreed on a start date, and he and his team were here two days, as they said would be. They arrived on time and finished on time. My only concern ever was having to pay a big part of the fee up-front, BUT in our research, this appears to be the norm for light installation as big as we did. (We ended up installing 18 lights: 9 in front and 9 in back. Some are uplights and some are wash -- If you have done any research, you'll know what these terms mean. Personally, I would go with more uplights and fewer washes, but that's just my personal preference.) We are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the end result. In fact, we will probably be calling Bob to install a few others at some point. Another good sign for this company was that Bob advised us NOT to install too many lights initially and then add later as we saw what was what. Other companies might have tried to get us to spend more upfront. We appreciated his candor instead of trying to make another buck.

Bob and his team are 1st class professionals and do a great job at a reasonable price. Bob is a true American patriot and he brings the same level of quality of work as he did serving our country. You can trust these folks and they are really good people that want to help you make your project successful.
