Great people. Competent, profesional and thorough. Joe Verona was outstanding. He assessed what I want done, suggested that ithat approach was too risky due to the cedar shake shingles and formulated a plan B; simpler and more efficient with the same effectiveness. The technician, Mark, was on time, courteous, explained the maintenance requirements and completed the work in a timely manner. Well done!
