Write a Reviewprompt and did a great job for the value of the cost.
Be careful, they are not experienced painters. Do not let them do texture coating.
Sorry we could not satisfy you David, if you had of paid for the work as agreed we would have been more then haply to come back and totally redo the job for you but unfortunately it did not work that way, as for texture coating you was aware it was my first time. Actually you was the guy who told me how to do it so if the coating is not to your standard maybe you should evaluate your teaching techniques.
We highly recommend them
Eddie and his crew painted the exterior of our main house and guest house. He was very prompt in responding to a request for a proposal and kept to the quote for the job. When he had to miss one day because of feeling under the weather, he let me know by 7:00 am that day. Otherwise, they were here every day that the weather allowed them to be working. He and his crew were punctual, worked hard to finish the job but do it well, clean, and very pleasant to have here at our home. We even asked him about another (sizable!) job and he gave us his honest advice that it wouldn’t really be necessary. It is rare to meet someone with the kind of integrity to turn down a big job because it was his honest opinion that it didn’t need to be done! I would definitely recommend Eddie and look forward to using him again in the future if the need arises!
They painted my house. They did an excellent job and very nice people. The price was reasonable too.
Definitely make sure you get a contract with items delineated and know the exact price before they get started. When he initially looked at the repair to our deck he threw a quick number together in his head to replace some boards, header posts, deck rails, remove current deck coating, clean and seal. When he actually started the job and pulled one board up, we were told the whole deck needed to be replaced at more than double the price of what we initially agreed on. We should have stopped and just paid him for the work he did that first day. Because our deck boards were cut on an angle, it took him more time to do the job. He charged us a couple of hundred dollars more than the original quoted price to replace handrails, 2 headers, 8 balusters, and half the deck surface boards, no cleaning or sealing. At that point, we were too far into it and he had me sign the contract the day before he finished. He is a very nice guy, just make sure you get a signed contract of what is going to be done and parts and labor broke down.
Painted my bathroom and my exterior porch, shutters etc. punctual, professional, trustworthy and reasonable.
work done on time at reasonable price
Even though it took a few trips back for finishing touches, Edward Ruiz did a great job on our deck. Thank you.
They were every professional, completed the job when expected and excellent workmanship. Cleaned up and put everything back in place. We were very satisfied.
