Since this work is technical and specialized, I cannot judge work quality and value for money, but the overall experience was very positive. They came on time, were pleasant and efficient, and inspired confidence in their ability to do a proper job. They were totally professional. They called to give me the results as soon as they were available, with an emailed written report a few days later. I chose this firm to test for asbestos in a ceiling because they do only testing, not the remediation work should the result be positive.

There wa some delay in communication, probably because of the uncertainty around the isolation/quarantine restrictions but after a few calls, Trevor was thorough and professional.
