Prompt to come and inspect the pool and fully addressed the draining, cleaning and refilling of the pool at a good price. As a result we hired them for a weekly service. When we hired for the weekly service they were not as reliable and punctual as we would want.

They promised to show up at noon. When they did not arrive, I texted, called and emailed several times. Eventually, they wrote back stating that they were delayed by the weather, and would arrive at 3:30. They never came that day nor contacted me with any update. They did show up 2 days later.

This is my first pool and I think I found just the right company. It is family-owned and I do not think it will be a revolving door of employees. They are knowledgeable professional and all very very nice.

This pro started out providing good customer service but after we had a new pool pump installed and upgraded our entire pool system with this company only to discover that their weekly cleaning and maintenance services were terrible. The tech they sent to service our pool weekly did not vacuum, brush, nor empty the skimmer baskets consistently and NEVER cleaned the pool deck. These services were included in the wkly service but weren t done consistently. We have security cameras at all angles of the pool and when we replayed all the wkly visits discovered that the tech was not providing all the services. The tech would simply throw chemicals into the pool without even checking the water to determine what chemicals were needed. We were basically charged for services we DID NOT RECEIVE! We contacted the owner 3 times with no improvement in the behavior of the tech.

We kindly went to you your pool to correct any mistakes, same as we do with all our clients. We back up our staff, and make sure all our services are performed the best way possible. We always keep records of the chemical readings, and chemical we put. We also keep pics records, in order to prevent misunderstandings.

They came to provide an estimate, but when they gave me the price and I agreed to hire them, they stayed and provided our first service. We are new pool owners and they recommended changing some schedules to be more efficient. They did a very thorough job of cleaning and checking chemical levels and adding what was needed. Price was very good. I would recommend them without question.
