I have 5 different items uncompleted, I payed them in full and 5 months later nobody is showed up to finish the job. Before, they used to answer my phone calls saying that they were coming to finish it, but now they are not even answering the phone nor the door office.

We hired and worked with David previously for medium size remodeling project and upgrade stuff in our house. This time we hired him and his team at ECO Bay Remodeling to remodel our kitchen, laundry room and garage on top of taking care of several other things that we wanted to update for a while but waited till now. We canâ t write enough great things about everyone that was involved at our work. The remodeling project was completed on the promised time and mainly within the written budget. They made sure to clean up at the end of each working day to make sure we are satisfied and happy with the work. They came to work every day during the week and on time. We really love the work that they did and we would hire them again without any hesitation. David is a perfectionist and that was the main reason that if we will do any other remodeling workâ ¦ he will be the only person that we would like to have at our house.

Our kitchen was a bit too small and uncomfortable because of a separating wall that was between the kitchen to the dining area, so we wanted to make it bigger and lighter and mostly to have the feeling of open space that will enlarge the space since we have the long windows and sliding doors by the dining area. This remodeling was set in my mind for a while so I needed to put it in action. I was just afraid it wouldn't be what I have in mind but ECO Bay Remodeling remodeled it the way I really wanted and expected to have. The moment David took down the separation wall at the kitchen, the space become so much bigger with so much light. I also wanted to replace the tile with wood floor and on the walls to have a nice tile as back splash. David was able to get a great deal for all the materials and the big light creamy color ceramic tile on the floor with a really nice design with some stainless-steel appliances and light grey pieces on the walls. Everything was going to look way too nice comparing to the cabinets so new dark brown wood cabinets were done too. I love my kitchen now and will use them in near future for sure.

David and the whole team at ECO Bay Remodeling did an entire remodeling project for us by adding a second floor to our house. They were remarkable people to work with, reliable and polite while David and the office staff focused of keeping the budget within the agreed one. David was very structured, kept our project on the timely schedule and during the entire work, he made sure to avoid any hidden charges or increases in the price due to several changes we had. We had complete assurance that David and his team ARE the right people to work at our home. The office designer provided her professional help based on the design goals and vision, helping to select fixtures, colors etcâ ¦ which made this remodeling very easy and stressful. We would absolutely hire them again. We recommend them to anyone who asks!

We purchased our first home in late of last year and after meeting with many contractors companies, we decided to move ahead with ECO Bay Remodeling. We were doing a full kitchen remodeling and connecting our bedroom that no longer exists to the upstairs master suite/bedroom. After our first initial meeting with David, we felt that he really understood the space and had great idea of how the new look and feel we want to have. There are so many endless conclusions that we needed to be do when we were going via the remodeling process - David with his team made it seem super simple and with no problem. When the remodeling project ended, we'd had our full trust and confidence with David that he could turn this remodeling work into an amazing section of the house - and it definitely did that. While remodeling projects can be annoying and bad at times, what was the most important for us was how the issues and problems got distributed and resolved with when they come up. Problems were always talked openly and honestly & decisions were made basically together which made us feel that we are on the same team. Not even one time during the whole work, David fail to come through on something he guaranteed. We've been living in the house for a couple of weeks now and it looks & feels great. I strongly recommend ECO Bay Remodeling. We remodeled our previous house kitchen with them back in 2017 and they did a stunning remodeling job. Their customer service is like no other any home improvement company that we know or read about. David is skilled, experienced, honest and his supervision is wonderful. Any person (family and friends) that visited our house fell in love with the new Kitchen. In fact, our kitchen wasnâ t supposed to be finished until after Halloween and David made sure he finishes it much before so we can have the new kitchen for the party. Excellent company.

We had a great and good experience with this company mainly with David and his workers. David designed our new kitchen and he supervised the work from the beginning to the end. We loved the fact that each step of the remodeling was with different team of workers and David made sure that everything will come out perfect. The kitchen was ready to our use after a month and we had to call David few times for minor issues that we had. David made sure to solve them the same week and to show us how seriously they treat their customer service.

We just did our complete remodeling to our master bathroom. We met with David several times before we hired him. After we listened to his ideas, checked their history and company, we hired him to do the remodeling job. We received the quality results as promised and at the original price that was set and promised before we signed the contract. There were no hidden charges during the work and even after it was finished. The new master bathroom is exactly as what we wanted and it looks very beautiful. We would recommend ECO Bay Remodeling for any remodeling project such as ours or similar.

I chose the ECO Bay Remodeling for my home remodeling project after one of my neighbors who hired them for a large remodeling project was very pleased and happy with the whole process and final results of the work that they did for them. The main reasons that caused us to also hire them were 1) They gave us a detailed time schedule of the work and that they made is happen with no excuses. 2) All the workers and project manager came to the house each day and worked full days). 3) We had a scheduled meetings that covered the design and progress of the work during the remodeling project. 4) We had a constant contact with the office and the project manager that always answered us promptly to any of our questions and concerns 5) They were all professional, hardworking people that made sure to leave the house each day not before it was clean and safe. 6) And at the end we had a complete and final meeting that covered everything and also covered how we feel about the process and progress of the work in order for them to improve it for the next client. On a scale of 1-10 for the overall workâ ¦ we give them 10.

David was an amazing contractor to work with. He was very resourceful in the design stage and with the selection of the final materials. His crew also were no less than professional people, clean, easy going and treated our house as it would be their own. The remodeling work was much better than we thought and imagined and David went over than the work scope to just make us happy. We would recommend David and everyone at ECO Bay Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a real and super professional remodeling job. The kitchen was installed much better than the design that we had and the master bathroom came out much more functional that we even wanted. We couldnâ t be happier with the final results. Davidâ s knowledge and experience was right on, his work quality to our opinion is extreme and he met all the deadlines as agreed and promised. We are very satisfied with the remodeling project.
