If you're in need of a moving company, look no further than Eastland Movers! This company exceeded all of my expectations and made my move an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience. From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided me with a detailed estimate of the cost of my move and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. They were also very flexible with my scheduling needs and worked with me to find a time that worked best for me. On the day of the move, the team arrived on time and ready to work. They were all friendly, polite, and professional, and they worked quickly and efficiently to pack and load all of my belongings onto the truck. They were also very careful with my items, taking the time to wrap and protect everything to ensure that nothing was damaged during the move. Once we arrived at my new home, the team worked just as quickly and efficiently to unload and unpack everything. They even helped me set up some of my furniture and made sure everything was in its proper place before they left. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Eastland Movers. Their team went above and beyond to make sure my move was as stress-free as possible, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company. Everything was wonderful upfront. The movers did a great job and showed great professionalism. They did charge exhorbitant prices for their boxes. To be fair, we did move a 6-bedroom house. Perhaps that is the industry norm, but we spent over $1,000 for boxes that I believe we could have gotten cheaper somewhere else. That is not the main reason for this writeup but that observation bothered me. The primary gripes I have are that: 1) they estimated hours to complete the job and asked me to pay upfront (no problem), finished 2 hours early, and refused to offer a refund for the unused time that they originally estimated. Since I had already paid, I had to call in and negotiate to get 50% of the money back. 2) The movers damaged our 52" TV (no problem, it happens) and my advisor (Luka Davis) agreed that we qualified for insurance coverage. I sent pictures and the requested information. I followed up with him at least 4 times over 4 months; he corresponded in the beginning, and then stopped responding after my last two emails. It has been almost 2 months and I have no resolution either way. I am not quick to post bad reviews, but I think it is warranted here. I want to give the full picture based on my personal experience executing two separate moves across 3 different destinations, spending upwards of $6,000.

Eastland Movers were booked by my wife for our move from MD to PA. Eddie was so nice and explained everything upfront. On the day of the move the crew of 5 movers showed up on time and completely packed our 5 bedroom house. On the second day they came with 2 trucks and loaded everything as well as started driving to our delivery address in PA. Overall my experience with Eastland Movers was great. I would recommend to my friends and family if they need moving services. Their price was reasonable for the quality they provide!

Very professional and helpful during the moving process.

The moving crew worked extremely hard the entire day. They packed all my pictures, china and sentimental items with care. I had a good experience with the staff Luka and Maria as well. Great communication with all.

Got the move done on time. Some of my stuff was beaten up a little. My stuff was stored by this company for a month and had a mouse move into my stuff. They were reasonably priced.

They did a really nice job, they all worked extremely hard. Great value for the money.

My experience working with Luka, Maria, and the actual moving crew (Juan , Eric , Victor) was simply EXCELLENT. Luka has been so great to work with and we had effective and efficient communication throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions. On the day of the move, the moving crew (Juan , Eric , Victor) packed my entire basement and hauled everything into storage as I requested. We event had a lot of laughs throughout the whole process, so it was a great day. I highly recommend this company and crew and I will definitely call upon them again to haul everything out of storage and back to my newly renovated basement. What else can I say about this company other than, look no further and hire them for your moving needs.

I would not recommend Eastland Movers. They changed my appt time on the day of the move. They damaged my furniture. They did not use their company truck; they had a Penske rental truck. I head to pay with money orders. They did not tell me this until I decided to hire them. Because of time, they did not put my items in storage in a orderly fashion.
