The experience at the store was great. Jake was easy to work with was upfront with our options for the pros amd cons with a fireplace vs a pellet stove. With the install, Aaron and Caleb were friendly and willing to answer oir questions.

No surprises which is good!! Everything happened as it was promised. A few obstacles when installing and the crew engaged me and overcame these obstacles. Left the living room spotless. I would highly recommend them.

Every thing was great! 1st we went to the Dale WI. location and our salesman Jake was very helpful! He explained our options for fireplace inserts. Then he told us about tax savings for the higher end inserts. He explained the warrantees. Jake made an appointment and came to our home, to measure and look at our fireplace. He was very thorough in explaining what we needed for electric to power the pellet insert. He also explained how they would install the exhaust pipe up our masonry chimany. We made an appointment and went to pay for our new Harmon 52i insert. Then to our suprise, he told us the purchase includes 3 tons of pellets, and really nice ash vacuum, and a pellet bucket! Next we get a goody bag with two shirts and can cozies. We then set up an appointment for our install, and it was only a two week wait, wich allowed time for us to get power run to the fireplace, and remove the doors, etc to prepair for them. One of the installers Aaron came out to inspect and measure to make sure all was set for the install. Once he came, and said it will fit perfect, I decided to get a skid (1 Ton) of pellets. I went to Dale with my truck and trailer. The guy that loaded my pellets on the trailer was really helpful explaining how the pellets will shift around when trailering them. This gave me the proper knowledge to be able to strap them safely for the ride to our home. He also told me how to store them. The installers Aaron and Bryan plus one other guy came on the exact scedualled date and on time! They were very careful to cover our floors. I was there through the entire install, and they explained everything I asked. They did a great job! We have used the insert constantly since they installed it! We have a 1,580 square foot house, and the pellet insert heads it beautifully. The Temps were as low as 5 deg, and we are so impressed how well it works, and how few pellets it uses. Earth Sense deffintently has there program together! It's not often now days, to get such great service!

From the moment we walked in to talk to them about what we wanted to do, to showing us what they had and would recommend, through the installation, everything was seamless. They answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything about the fireplace pellet insert. Very happy with our purchase and highly recommend them.

The companies service & knowledge started with the person who answers the phone with the funny "how may I warm your day" Kirk was knowledgeable about their options in the pellet stoves & which offered the options I was looking for. I scheduled a home visit & Kurk took his time to explain the various monthly programs they were having. No pressure to buy from them, but his confidence was evident in the product & company. Installation was in 2-3 weeks. This went smooth with no unexpected challenges. Has worked good from the start.

The selection, purchase and installation of our wood pellet stove was top notch. Staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly at all stages. We are pleased with our purchase, installation and support provided by Earth Sense Energy Systems. Additionally, this is our second pellet stove as our previous house also had one from Earth Sense Energy Systems.

We had to postpone our install, as there were still delays with building supplies coming out of the pandemic. Earth Sense said they would store our pellet stove at no cost and as soon as the addition was complete would happily deliver and set up our new stove. Happy to report our installation was flawless, the two young men were personable and very friendly. The stove has worked flawlessly these past 16 months.
