The prices they quote on the phone are different than what they try to charge once they arrive. What started as $65 **service call fee** turned into $165 diagnostic (crawling under the house), which the $65 applied towards. The plumber offered to go buy what I needed (Great Stuff, which costs about $4) for an additional $65, plus cost of materials and **my percentage**. When I told him I had some the plumber quoted me additional charges for returning to the repair site under the house, just to spray **Great Stuff** insulation around where plumber said moisture was getting into my house. In total he quoted me $425 for a relatively simple repair that might have taken all of 10 minutes. I refused his offer as I felt I was being taken advantage of and am out $165 and still have the leak issue. When I spoke to the owner, Charles Robinson, he rationalized the expense for a return trip under my house. Mr. Robinson said he was recording my conversation after I said I would give him bad reviews and that he would turn over our conversation to his attorney. Not sure why he thinks this is a good thing. Everything I said is the truth and I told the owner I felt like I was being taken advantage of, to which the owner continued to claim the costs were justified for crawling under my house **when its 30 degrees outside**. They are plumbers. They are SUPPOSED to crawl under houses. Yes, it is cold and the plumber was there for an emergency call, it*s part of the job. I was fine with paying $165 if he had fixed the dang problem. This is the second time I*ve used them and I was pleased with the first emergency repair, prompt, courteous service at a reasonable price. Buyer beware of this company and how they quote one price and add on ridiculous additional charges for doing what plumbers are supposed to do. I will never use them again. I do not believe the diagnosis is correct I have hired another plumber and they are coming out this week

I paid the company over 400.00 dollars to fix a "toilet that would not fill and flush". Two service guys have come to my home to fix the toilet and neither of them have resolved the problem. My toilet is still inoperable. I called the company and asked to speak to a manager or the owner and was told they were only available by email. I demanded that the person answering the phone complete the email and notify the manager and owner of my dissatisfaction and the poor quality of service I received. No one has contacted me or attempted to bring resolution to this issue. I am out of 400.00 and still have to spend additional money for someone else to repair it. I do not recommend this company.

I was referred to this company from my aunt. I never decided to read reviews before setting a service appointment. Now after reading these bad reviews is it really worth adding another bad review. Hereâ s my review. I recently contact Eagle Plumbing for service on 6/30. When calling them you have to speak with someone from their scheduling department. I spoke with a young lady name Jennifer who was extremely rude and very disrespectful. Fast forward, The technician came out and stated it wasn't a plumbing issue. My tenant than had the tech to look at her running toilet, he stated the toilet was fine. He told me my charge would be $125. I stated okay, but I didn't understand why when he didn't do anything or resolve the problem. Days later I see a charge of $165 on my cc. I contact the office, Jennifer answers the phone. I asked can she explained why the difference in price. I informed her I was told the $125, she than said well he gave you a discount, you should have been charged $155.00. I explained to her I didnâ t ask for a discount and to let me speak with a supervisor or a manager. Jennifer starts screaming at me so I hung up on her. Today I got a call from her (Jennifer) again, telling me they will refund me $40. I explained to her this is not about the money itâ s about her customer service and again I needed a supervisor to call me. She stated she is the accounts manager, and I wonâ t be able to speak with any other person. I hung up! Basically they service is horrible, the customer service is terrible. I wish I would have read reviews before booking with them!

Charged us over $775 to do a twenty-minute job of water jetting the mainline. I inquired with them of a less expensive alternative and told them I am the landlord. I was told there was a $65 diagnosis fee and he told me he would call me back within 20 minutes. I called him and said your price is way high. He said I have finished the job. I asked if he could come down on his price because other companies are charging $250. He said no and we could handle it legally. They were the first to come out which I ultimately was thankful for but I feel taken advantage of. My tenants paid him because they thought I would reimburse them. He should have gotten my full consent before proceeding. He said his $65 diagnosis fee is just to look, and when he just unscrews the cap on the line is him beginning the job. Really? He fed all kinds of lines, the pipes could be broken, years of build-up is why we need to water jet versus regular snaking. The lesson learned. I hope to never give this company my business again. The owner said that the technician followed protocol but would investigate further and get back with me. I left two or three more messages to speak to him about it but never heard back from him. Unprofessional.

I called 3 vendors to resolve toilet blockage. 2 other gave $150 for clearing the clog within toilet and $250 for anything beyond immediate toilet. This company said $65 trip charge and will give price based on work needed. Guy showed up 4 hours late. Looks at the toilet and says $350 if it just in toilet and $450 for anything else. It literally took him 1 minute. ROBBERY. They do not give you price upfront even if you ask. HORRIBLE Unethical COMPANY.

The cost of $275.00 for cleaning a down drain was way to expensive. Did not have to search for the problem just clean the line. Then would not accept any credit card. Had to give a check. In today's world this is not acceptable. Communication prior to arrival was very good

The job was done, although I thought the cost was very high just to replace the "innards" of the toilet.

Although the service man was held up by difficulties on the prior job, he arrived at the house at the end of his "window" and got the job done.
