Working with Frank was absolutely perfect. He was professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. He arrived, ready to work; quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it on the spot. His price was well reasonable and we look forward to hiring him again for other projects.

I have had 2 other supposed electricians tell me that my wall would have to be opened up to fix the problem of being unable to turn on the ceiling fixture from the wall plug. Because I’m selling my house, I reached out one more time to a professional electrician and found Frank D.Thaxton owner of ER Electric. Frank was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Frank had my switches changed out and my ceiling light on in less than 30 minutes. No walls had to be torn open, it was a quick and common fix!! Frank is a real professional. He did a great job with a friendly and helpful manner. I will share his info with anyone who needs a great electrician!

ER Electric was the first to respond to my Home Advisor request. Made an appointment for some electrical work in our home in the Opryland area. Frank arrived on time and with the right tools. Very professional and courteous service and Frank knows what he is doing. Had several bad lights replaced and the price was affordable. We need some more electrical work and we will be calling ER Electric again. Highly recommend.

Quite expensive for the work done but the quality of work on light installation was excellent. The work done in our attic was not what I expected, but that could be due to a misunderstanding in communication from my husband. In retrospect, I would not have allowed the installation of an electrical outlet in the attic to be done without my involvement. I had needed a light near my workspace when changing/storing seasonal items. Frank is extremely kind and cooperative. Usually, he arrived much later than originally planned, but he would call and let us know he was on another call. The other guy that worked/with him did excellent work and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about light installation (cams and hanging lights in our kitchen over an island). Did not give excellent due to the attic issue and the expense. Would hire him again if I cannot find a cheaper electrician. Not sure I cannot find one that is equally qualified and yet charges less.

Frank was able to fit me in quickly and was timely and professional. I had a few other home projects I am considering and he was happy to take some time and walk through them with me. I would hire again.

He showed up on time. He was very cordial and answered my questions. He performed the job requested in an efficient manner.

Frank is a had worker, and he really takes the time to figure out problems correctly. I had a couple curve balls for him and he hit a home run! He stuck with it and got the job done, and I'm confident he will be able to handle any situation he's given.
