EPM flooring

We were charged over $500 for our initial cleaning and to clean all the windows in our home. After the initial cleaning, half of the items that were to be done, were not. Screens were left out of our windows and several items were rearranged in our house. They sent someone back out the following week to do the list of items missed. Of the 68 missed items on the list, only 38 of them were completed the second time. I was told they would come and do a walk thorugh and make things right with us. We never heard from them again! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and they should not be certified by anyone for doing a good job!

I had really bad experience with this company. Please don't use this company unless you want to deal with lot of stress and poor job and not knowing when will they finish the job. They will start the work and then stop it in the middle and force you to pay the money otherwise they will threaten to quit the work. They are nice at the beginning until you sign the contract and they will call everyday to see if you will be using them. Once you sign the contract you have to call them everyday asking to find out when they will be starting the work. They also want to get the rest of the payment without finishing their work. So overall it was a very bad experience and would never use them again.

We have only had them clean once so far, but they did a very good job on the initial, 'deep clean.'

Jonathan was very flexible with our scheduling needs. His company executed the work order thoroughly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and use again if the opportunity arose.

There were a few things that did not meet my expectations, including the mirrors in all areas not being cleaned and cobwebs in the Mater Bathroom not being knocked down.

I think the group that cleaned for me was very professional and did a great job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my neighbors.
